Terms of Service
Effective January 12, 2026. These terms govern your use of AgilePath Clay Studio services, website, and in-person programs.
1. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our website, online courses, and studio facilities responsibly. Prohibited activities include uploading offensive content, attempting to access restricted areas, reselling course materials, or engaging in any behavior that disrupts other participants.
2. Enrollments & Payments
Enrollment in any course or workshop is subject to availability and full payment in advance. Prices are listed in USD and include required materials unless otherwise stated. Payment methods accepted are credit/debit cards and approved digital wallets.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the start date receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations between 7–14 days receive a 50% refund. No refunds are issued for cancellations within 7 days or for no-shows. Course transfers to another session are allowed once per enrollment with 48 hours notice.
4. Intellectual Property
All course content, video recordings, photography, templates, and original designs remain the exclusive property of AgilePath Clay Studio. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or monetize any materials without written consent. Finished works created during classes remain yours for personal use.
5. Disclaimers & Limitations
While we provide safe and professional instruction, participation in clay sculpting involves inherent risks. AgilePath Clay Studio is not liable for any injuries, allergies, or damage to personal items. We reserve the right to modify schedules or offerings with advance notice. These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA.
